Helix Telecom has been migrating customers from Invoice Ninja to our in-house billing system beginning on March 23, 2019. Xero and Freshbooks are scheduled for April, 2019. Other legacy systems will follow this summer.
The new system was announced in August, 2017 but was delayed by the adoption of several key features such as native integration with several crypto currencies and ability to automatically calculate referral payments for resellers.
Today a large batch of invoices was generated leading to unexpected server load. The result was several customers receiving considerably more copies of invoices than necessary and a total of seven duplicate credit card charges. The reason for the duplicate invoices and duplicate charges has been identified and fixed.
