Call Failures, Account Numbers Starting with 208

Customers with account numbers beginning with digits 208 experienced a full outage prior too 10:44am PST until 10:47am PST this morning.  We believe the outage may have lasted a short period of time prior to the official posted outage.  We apologize to all customers for the lost service.  Any customers who continue to experience difficulty should visit http://fixmyphonesystem.com and submit a new ticket.  Thank you for your time and patience.
