Helix Telecom has been working with focus groups to better understand how customers view Helix Telecom's structure.   The main customer facing departments are:
The use of dedicated domain names for Sales and Support allows our staff to focus on the reason customers visit us and provide a better Sales or Support experience.   

Customers have expressed confusion because the domain redirects customers to ;  The change in domain name from "" to "" is a common sign of a virus or spyware infection redirecting visitors to a malicious website.   

Helix Telecom will no longer redirect customers from to Customers who are using the bookmarks and links will continue to function but should be updated to use the new domain when possible.   

Any customers who have questions or concerns should visit and submit a new ticket.  Our staff will be happy to assist you.
