Helpdesk site moved from http://support.helixtelecom.com to http://fixmyphonesystem.com

Helix Telecom has been working with focus groups to better understand how customers view Helix Telecom's structure.   The main customer facing departments are:
The use of dedicated domain names for Sales and Support allows our staff to focus on the reason customers visit us and provide a better Sales or Support experience.   

Customers have expressed confusion because the domain http://fixmyphonesystem.com redirects customers to http://support.helixtelecom.com. ;  The change in domain name from "fixmyphonesystem.com" to "helixtelecom.com" is a common sign of a virus or spyware infection redirecting visitors to a malicious website.   

Helix Telecom will no longer redirect customers from fixmyphonesystem.com to helixtelecom.com. Customers who are using the http://support.helixtelecom.com bookmarks and links will continue to function but should be updated to use the new domain when possible.   

Any customers who have questions or concerns should visit http://fixmyphonesystem.com and submit a new ticket.  Our staff will be happy to assist you.
