Century Link / Level 3 Nationwide Outage
Century Link customers are experiencing a nationwide outage affecting both internet, voice and 911 services. The severity of the outage varies based on location. Helix Telecom has no control over Century Link's network but Century Link is aware of these issues and is working on a resolution. Helix Telecom staff will update this thread when more information becomes available or our monitoring systems detect the problem has been resolved. Once this outage has been resolved customers will be asked to open new tickets in case additional troubleshooting is required.
Century Link purchased Level 3 on November 1, 2017. The outage reported is affecting both networks.
