Security Updates to Mail Servers

Helix Telecom will be applying a number of security updates to internal and customer mail servers this evening.   Mail server customers experiencing any difficulty sending or receiving emails, logging into webmail or any other issues should visit http://fixmyphonesystem.com and click the option labeled Open A New Ticket for assistance.   Please be sure to include a contact number where a member of our staff can reach you if you are unable to send or receive email messages.

  • Helix Telecom staff completed applying security updates to a number of key systems today.   During this time we found logic problems in the call routing that only occur when both the primary and secondary database clusters are offline.  The problem was identified and corrected.  This should improve system reliability in the event of a system failure in the future.   Any customers experiencing technical difficulty should visit http://fixmyphonesystem.com and click the option labeled Open A New Ticket for assistance.
