Fax, invoicing and accounts beginning with numbers 202, 204, 206

We are currently experiencing a partial outage in our core network affecting fax services, invoicing and account numbers beginning with 202, 204 and 206.  Our network engineers are actively working with our upstream providers to restore connectivity as quickly as possible.


  • Service has been restored but we are not closing this outage to provide our engineer more time to investigate the root cause.  Any customers still experiencing difficulty should disconnect power from their devices, wait a few seconds, reconnect power and wait for the devices to reconnect.

  • The problem was isolated to a Denial of Service event.  Our ISP is investigating the source to help mitigate any potential problems in the future.
