Call drops, accounts with digits beginning 203, 210, 212, 214

Our staff is aware if an intermittent network failure causing all calls to disconnect.  Our engineers are unable to reproduce the problem but we are investigating the cause and potential solutions . We will post more information as it becomes available.  We have no ETA for as resolution.

  • Our engineers believe the problem has been resolved.   Any customer still experiencing difficulty should send an email to support@helixtelecom.com to make us aware of any dropped calls affecting more than one device simultaneously.   We are not closing this outage at this time because we are unsure if the router patch applied this evening resolved the problem.
  • The change made by our engineers has not resolved the problem.  We are resuming our investigation.
