Loss of service cluster 205, 206
Helix Telecom experienced a full outage for customers with account numbers beginning with digits "205" and "206" due to a temporary network failure. The outage lasted from 2:10 until 2:15pm PST. Backup resources have been allocated and services have been restored. Our staff will resolve the problem and move customers back to primary systems during our normal maintenance window at 10pm PST.
Any customers experiencing difficulty at this time should reboot their devices then email email@example.com if problems persist.
