Policy Change - Number Cancellations, Activations

Helix Telecom is changing our internal support policy for international customers and SIP Trunk customers.  International and SIP Trunk customers who need to add or remove phone numbers the same day must submit requests a minimum of 1 hour before close of business for the day.

This policy change does not affect North American customers.
