Billing System Upgrades..

Helix Telecom has completed our annual upgrade to our invoicing software.   These upgrades are designed to improve security and resolve discrepancies between our interface and customer's browsers.  

This change may introduce a number of failures both in billing and account management.   We have did our best to QA the upgrade and confirm everything is working properly but any customers experiencing difficulty viewing invoices, paying invoices or receiving credits please send an email to support@helixtelecom.com with a description of the problem.   Our staff is aware of the upgrade and potential issues this may cause.  We will do our best to address any concerns as quickly as possible.
