Outage accounts numbers beginning with 208

Helix Telecom has detected an outage with account numbers beginning with 208.  We are investigating the outage and will report more information shortly.

  • Service has been restored.   The problem was found to be related to a routing table update.  Backup tables were restored and we are investigating the root cause of the failure.
