Helix Telecom has added additional capacity to move calls from Helix Telecom to the Public Switch Telephone Network. This additional capacity is needed to outpace both current and future growth projections for the first half of 2017.
Any customers who experience reduced call quality during the next 24 hours should submit a ticket including the date, time, time zone, extension and number dialed. This will help us isolate and troubleshoot any problems with this change.
