Ticket Submission Not Working

Hello,

I am trying to submit a ticket to the support department but the site keeps saying, "Issue Summary is a required field" even though i have text typed into this field. As a result i can not submit my ticket.

Please correct ASAP thanks

    This issue has been resolved.   Please feel free to submit a test ticket if you would like to confirm the changes.   Thank you for reporting this issue.
